Because we are a print-to-order company, we only offer designs for a limited time.
Here are a few ways we are working to make our schedule meet yours, and how you can plan your orders to get the merchandise you want:
We market special events two to three months in advance.
Let’s say you want to order shirts for your staff in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, which is in October. We are promoting those designs in July! We make all of our designs available for five weeks, and then shelve the design. As you’re planning for a special event, make note to check our website three months in advance so you can place your order and get your merchandise on time.
We are always open to suggestions on new promotions.
We set our marketing calendar late in the year for the following year, so if you go to our site but don’t see the any designs for the cause you want to promote, let us know! Email us or send a message on Facebook or Twitter to give us your suggestions for occupations or causes we have missed.
We have order and shipping time estimation down to a science.
Time is of the essence when you’re ordering merchandise that raises awareness for a cause or occupation. We make every effort to show you when your items are expected to ship on our website. While we realize the time between order and ship date can be long, printing-to-order allows us to keep prices low. As a result, we don’t keep inventory, and it takes a little longer to produce that order. So make sure to watch ordering and shipping windows to make sure you’re getting what you need when you need it!
